@@AllThingsLich LOL .... The difficulty with the wet erase is the Lumicolor are only available in a max width of 1mm ... so now got some big Crayola on order, but it's a small palette. Ultra Clean is the Crayola type you need... kid friendly LOL. Suits me.

@@AllThingsLich PS - I'm using a mix of Chessex for larger outdoor areas... I got all the Loke battlemap books for some nice art... and a ton of scatter terrain. But walls... too expensive! So, I got some of the Rampart stuff and the Warhammer(!) Sigmarite Mausoleum Set ... join together with magnets :) and provides a stack of gothic/medieval walls. Worth a look for you? They are not super cheap but you get so much stuff.

I covered my Chessex mat with a large sheet of laminate. I can now use dry erase markers without destroying or staining the mat.
