I think this song is about us uniting as a whole to the pandemic that is going on in the world. Very beautiful song

The new album and especially the first single 'singing for' was focused on the world coming together in japan for the 2020 olympics. The last scene in the singing for video with the people waving their flags is obvious. You can easily imagine those flags/people being all the nations coming together waving their individual flags. Now with the olympics postponed and the ongoing pandemic it becomes more of a general statement of unity. The facts that there are english lyrics in the songs is another sign of the broader audience they had in mind with that album. 🌎🌍🌏👍

What an amazing reaction... so positive and deep. I dare all other reactors to try to offer better explanation, more heartwarming breakdown... already know they'll fail. Your perspective is so refreshing... very reason why so many of us enjoyed that 4 hrs livestream. With Wagakki band, maybe continue with "Synchronicity", "Ikusa", "Strong faith" (the official video of those, if you're not afraid of copyright strikes, but it's worth it), "Sabaku no komoriuta", "Ignite", "Tori no youni", "Kishikaisei", "Bou getsu", "Tengaku", "Guren". Somewhere along the way you can continue with the instrumentals "Tono monogatari go go", "Tono monogatari yon yon", "Gobousei", "Chie no kajitsu".

Waggaki Band...they arent just musician but they are Gods and Goddess and engineers of their own musical instruments... Suzuhana Yuko - Vocals Machiya - Guitar Asa - Bass Wasabi - Drums Beni Ninagawa - Tsugari Shamisen (traditional 3 string guitar) Kurona - Wadaiko ( traditional drums) Kiyoshi - Koto ( traditional harp) Daisuke - Sakuhachi ( traditional flute) ...sir i recommend to please do comment to their other songs.. -Ignite -Sunwheel -Valkyrie -Okinotayuu -Zenbonsakura -Perfect Blue ( live ) -Subaku no Komoruita -Tengaku -Ame Nochi Kajouron -Sasameyuki -Yuki kage boushi and still more.. Great comment !!! Thank you for making the reaction video of "Sakura Rising". I like 3 point shown below. One, the 和太鼓 "Wadaiko"(Japanese traditional drums) which sounds "Dong Dong". Two, the interaction between Yuko and Amy voice like that singing to chase each other. Three, the long singing Yuko's voice of 桜咲け～"Sakura sake～". Thank you from Japan. And sorry for my poor English.
