The brand is Alpina. The model should be called Al-pine-ner four as it was for sport person to challenge the Alpine Mountain. I have 6 in wrist, it should look too big but it looks fine on mine. Btw mine comes with a carbon fibre looking strap. So it might help.

I just got one of these and really like it. Mine measures 45mm on my caliper, BTW. I always thought the Omega Aqua Terra should have a timing bezel and this is about what that would look like. I found this as factory reconditioned, on ebay from an Alpina AD. It came in new condition w/Alpina 2 yr warranty and runs well. I also have an 8 inch wrist and the Alpiner 4 is not going to wear well on small wrists. The lugs don't turn down like my 45mm Seiko Sumo. This one is all dial so it even looks bigger than the Sumo. If you want to put this one on a NATO, you'll want curved spring bars. The bars sit really close to the case. I have a 1mm shell cordovan single-pass strap that wouldn't pass with the spring bars in place. I like mine a lot, best of luck with yours.
