That monologue is absolutely heart-wrenching. Beautiful words accompanied with beautiful music. This episode is different, tone-wise, from the rest of the season. It's more like a second, less dramatic finale of S1.

The You and Me scene is really beautiful, and then you see Lestat there ☠️ Makes you question who is Louis is really referring to, or if he'll keep his promise to Claudia. Still Louis' mind is a mystery! And as the show puts it, memory is a monster!

He was definitely talking to Lestat and that's how it should be. That's his soulmate, his husband, the love of his life And claudia is a random selfish bastard whom he unfortunately saved

And so it begins 🙌 season 2 is so engaging & emotional! The ending scene where Louis is giving his heartfelt speech to Claudia (but it’s ambiguous whether he’s also subconsciously talking to Lestat) is brilliant & Jacob’s acting as Louis is powerful. I don’t think this will be the only time you’ll cry this season but maybe you’re stronger than me 😅

Aww Mado, I love how Louis and Claudia's relationship wasn't doing it for you in s1 but had you in tears in this episode. It's been such a treat to see you react to this series. When s2 started airing, I almost asked you in the discord if you were going to react to it but then remembered that you're not really doing TV shows anymore so I didn't. It was a pleasant surprise when your reaction to s1e1 popped up. This was such an incredible season opener. I got to see it at an advance screening before it came out officially and the audience was SO enthusiastic. It was a lot of fun. I love Delainey Hayles as Claudia Other thoughts: The word dumb does means unwilling or unable to speak. (People using it as a synonym for not smart is ableist.) And did you notice the prison feel of Louis and Armand's bedroom? All of those bars Can't wait to see what you think of the rest of the season! I'd been a tiny bit worried that it wouldn't be as good as s1 was and there was no reason for me to have been concerned

It’s been requested so much that I had to react to it, but also The Bear last season dropped so I’ll definitely react to that and Heartstopper is coming as well, it wouldn’t be fair to not react to those lol because i love them so much, so I guess im reacting to shows I’ve already started and loved and also any show that gets requested BY MANY! But as you can see when I start a show it’s hard for me to do movies at the same time lol anw I’ll stop talking 💀

Shukran, habibi. That was a good Reaction. Don't be embarrassed to cry. You're Reacting. That's what we're here for. This was a complete Horror episode. The rest of the season gets scarier but in a completely different way. I didn't think they could top season one but - oh, just you wait. There will be quite a few 😲😨🤯 moments. And season three was just confirmed yesterday. 🎉🎉

6:38 yeah, that's an actual version of Cheers when clinking glasses together in English... Specifically, British english. Canadians & Americans don't say it ever... Or at the very least I'm Canadian and I've NEVER heard anyone say it IRL. So if you're ever around someone from North America... I wouldn't recommend saying it lmaoo they will probably just be really confused. It's definitely more obscure than just simple cheers... But I've seen it before in british media... And I guess it potentially opens up a funny sexual innuendo, like you did! lmao

When Louis said, “If you were the last vampire on earth, it would be enough…you and me…me and you…you and me…me and you…you and me,” he was undoubtedly talking to Lestat. Something tells me no matter who he's saying those words to...Claudia...Armand...he's always speaking to the one who’s never far from his mind and heart. ❤

The actress for Claudia , Bailey Bass was changed because she is under contract with director James Cameron for the "Avatar" films. AMC had to recast the role of Claudia for that reason. The new "Claudia" is British actress Delainey Hayles. She is great and made a seamless transition into the role.
