We’re coming into this one after our home 4-2 win vs Sheffield United. It’s been tough for Burnley this season. They are more-or-less a sure-fire to go down with Sheffield United, unless fortune goes their way in the league. It’s tight with Nottingham Forest and Luton, but Burnley are currently worse off than the other two. Here is my tactical preview for tomorrows game...

Amad has to start. I really like what I've seen, but he's still an unknown. The league season is basically dead, so let's find out if he's good enough or not. I like the fact he can play on the right or as a 10 (drop Bruno deeper or actually give him a night off). Hes a bit different to the other wide men too and seems to offer a bit more control. If he gets a chance and takes it, maybe saves us 40m in the summer too and can prioritise other areas

The League season isn't dead. Unless you want to play in the Europa Conference . If we get 6th, we're guaranteed Europa League. If we finish 7th we have to beat City in the FA Cup to get that. Ironically, we may end up making more money from Europa League than Champions League next year because we've got a far better chance of getting to the later rounds of the Europa League than we do in the UCL.

@@kitsomochankana3493 personally I can’t see it working stylistically- two 8s requires a cdm with legs or one 8 that offers more defensively and 8s that can retain posession. Neither Bruno or Mount offer much defensively and neither are great at retaining posession with Bruno being awful at it.

I just wish Jadon would’ve kept focused and proved EtH wrong instead of airing out his feelings on socials and then not being the bigger man and going about being a professional. Antony eventually got dropped. Jadon would’ve had his chances.

for me both are wrong. sancho was unprofessional, ten hag is unprofessional. he was hell bent to keep playing onana btw at the expense of our champions league. ten hag didnt give a single f. for me antony, ten hag, sancho, rashford all can go. they all have personal agenda

McTominay in front of Casemiro doesn't work. It leaves a big hole as he rushes forward, that Mainoo can't fill. Try Eriksen. McTominay on the bench

I think Amad will end up like Sancho, being pushed around to see where he fits best. Garna really is our only winger who does winger things ie: terrorise fullbacks by running at them. I honestly wouldn't mind Erik playing with a diamond 4-4-2 just to protect our damn goal. Garna and Rasmus upfront and the rest of the team picks itself. We desperately need a new left back so that Dalot goes back to right back because Wan Bissaka gives us less than nothing offensively

Why can’t ETH just play Amrabat? He’s made everyone think Amrabat is a bad player. Do you think Amrabat will do a worst midfield job than McTominay does? It’s the lack of game time for that has made him look bad, we all know McTominay doesn’t affect the midfield in any good way. He’s useful joining attack.

Isn't McTominay still injured? I know everybody here pisses and moans about him, because... yeah... "Fans", but the fact IS... that we win more than 50% of games he starts. NO player outside Varane and a couple of other defenders (who have hardly played) have a win rate above 50. He also has the highest goals to minutes played after Hojlund, who's total is bumped by the UCL goals he scored, McTominay has the highest goals to minutes played in the league of any player in the team. But "Poor Marcus..." it's not fair that fans attack HIM... we can call McTominay and Maguire anything we want but if you "target" Marcus... you'r a bully! But the "expert" stat analyser ignores the stats that he doesn't like, in favour of "I don't rate him"
