Good player but very similar profile to Rice. Both of them are destroyers(ball winners). And I'm not sure if he can play in a single pivot. We need a creative profile. May be someone like Zubimendi.

He will be rices substitute. Zubimendi will be starting next to rice, and possibly for big games used in a double pivot in big games next to rice. Don't forget we need more than one midfielder, jorginhio and elneny will be gone very soon I hope anyway

arsenal should buy Onana and play him in a DM role, allowing Declan Rice to evolve into a number 8. Rice has already shown that he can do this in recent weeks when Jorginho has played DM and Rice LCM (left central midfielder). A midfield of Onana, Rice and Ødegaard would be amazing, no one could stop us. I think Onana could go for £55 million even less if Everton got relegated. BTW Onanas interceptions, tackles.. he is amazing. Also amazing in the ear, wins a lot of areial duels. For striker i would liked to have Benjamin Sesko.

Signing him will fix defending and attacking problems simultaneously. He is guaranteed to score a lot of set-piece goals with Arsenal (we have some remarkable crossers in our team ex Odegaard, Saka, Martinelli, Rice, Zini, White etc), so the presence of Onana, Rice and Havertz in a midfield 3 with Saliba, Gabriel, Tomiyasu, and White in defence, and Toney/ Vlahovic/ Boniface will cause damage to any team in modern-day football. My choice for this window is simple; (Straight Buys) Onana(CM/CDM), Frimpong(RB/RW), Hota(LB/LCB), Boniface(ST) (Opportunities) Nketiah+Reiss+£40m(next summer) for Olise and Eze, Partey+Jorginho+£40m(Summer) for Rafa Leao, and Trossard+ESR for Paqueta. (Squad list) Raya, Ramsdale, Saliba, Gabriel, White, Timber, Tomiyasu, Hota, Frimpong, Zinchenko, Rice, Odegaard, Havertz, Onana, Eze, Paqueta, Saka, Jesus, Martinelli, Leao, Boniface, Olise + Nwaneri, Lewis Skelly, and the youth that plays RB (I think Reuters or suin') This is what I regard as balance.
