Fun fact; Japan actually owns 7-11! They tend to put more Japanese products in 7-11s in Hawaii due to Japanese tourism and local tastes, but theoretically they could put all this stuff in mainland 7-11s since they own the company if they thought it would be successful.

Yeah they're directly owned by the corporation in Japan. Whereas in the mainland some are franchises. Was hoping to buy one lol.

Haha we tell all our mainland friends about 711 and how bomb the food is. People look at us crazy when we tell them 711 is the go to spot for grinds. My fav is the pork hash and the laup Chong manapua and plum mui😋 The food is always pretty fresh, never had bad food from Hawaii 711. I miss home so much😫 The bestest hands down 🙌💯

OMG I was just telling my wife about suggesting a 7-eleven episode. Love your videos, I can't wait to go in February!!! All 7-eleven on the mainland are ran by the American 7-Eleven corporation and the ones in all of Hawaii are ran by the Japanese 7-Eleven corporation. That's why it's way better then the mainland. I can't wait to get those chinese sausage in the steam buns.

On your way to Northshore about a mile after temple valley the 7 /11 has great varieties of taquiitos, sushi rolls, Manapuas,pizza slices. And across the street under shady trees you can get Thai food run by a couple ( lunchplates, pad thai. Pad se yew etc) . Garlic shrimp truck n ahi plates ( bland to my taste ) . Hygienic store nearby n poi factory nearby as well. Just a quick note... on weekends there are varieties of pickled mangos, pastele trucks.flowers vendors... most likely unlicensed 😃😊🙂. Enjoy. My mom works at warabeya they make those musubi, manapua, bento and those sandwiches that you see in 7-11. My mom would bring some of them home from work.

Another great video. Every time I visit Oahu on vacation 7 /11 is a must stop. Also ABC store. Another great place to is Don Quixote I love it because it's like a Japanese Walmart and all the togo food is great but if you go across the street to the parking lot is one of my favorite food trucks it's called iron grill Hawaii at night the chef put on a Benihana type show for each order of food . Be sure to try the garlic steak and shrimp it's the bomb .

Wow we have been to Hawaii so many times and didn't realize 7/11 had these. We have been to Tokyo and we loved 7/11 there. We are coming back to Hawaii next week and we look forward to checking out 7/11 and your other recommendations on the island. I really enjoy your vlogs. Thank you.

Went to the 711 in several places in Japan, a couple in Melbourne & Sydney Australia, California, Oregon, Vancouver BC, Virginia, North Carolina, Boston etc etc....the 711 home here in Hawaii and Japan are the best IMHO....Mahalo's for your post! digging it!

Back in the 90s, I had a summer job working security, overnight shift driving around downtown Honolulu to different places. Pretty often, I would go 7-11 and grab a manapua, pork hash, and spam musubi at like 3 in the morning. So 'ono!

I miss 7-11 in Hawaii so bad. Was my morning breakfast spot all the time. Funny to hear you say cold in the 70’s which I’m sure it felt but mainland life cold hits differently.

When I saw you guys were doing a video about 7-11, I thought..."You gotta be kidding!" I grew up in So. Cal. where the 7-11s are like ABC stores here....on every corner! And you would NEVER eat any food from them. I've lived in Hawaii for years now, but I've never gone into a 7-11. But if Amanda & Felix do a video, maybe there's something to it. Well thanks guys! Never knew that 7-11 here had all that great food! Can't wait to try that sweetbread ham & cheese sandwich, Felix. Great job!

Japans 7-11 are so amazing I could not even believe it, and Hawaii has some great prepared foods in their 7-11 as well. Their prepared foods were 1000% better than in the U.S. How can the mainland 7 Elevens sell all of these wonderful prepared food products if Japan won't stock the 7 Elevens in the mainland with them. I really believe Japan owners of 7-11 are missing out on a gold-mine opportunity to carry all these amazing prepared food products to the mainland

I worked next door to the 7-11 in Pearl City. My favorite snack was the furikake salmon hand roll. I was so disappointed when they discontinued it. I think they do them on rotation so I have to keep checking back.

Miss our Hawaii 7-11. After we ate at the Rainbow Drive-in on Castle St. in Honolulu, we would go across the street to 7-11 and pick up some Salmon triangles, Spicy tuna rolls, and Musibi's for a late night snacks. Didn't know, but after a certain hour they would mark them down.

Nice video. Wonder if some of the coffee is unique to HI like the Sam Choy and Kona 10%. Why does 7-11 always have the coffee stand in the rear of the store??? Have you been to my Fav 7-11 on Oahu Kam x from Swanzy beach? Ocean view 7-11 it doesn’t get much better.

That looks really interesting I've never tried that in in Hawaii but nothing like the 7-eleven here you kind of get disgusted because they have such a limited amount of food here that you kind of shy away from trying them anyway place else. what about trying to do something around the aquarium it was kind of a cool place maybe you could wrap some food around it although I don't know you wouldn't want to lose the fish the fish are in there kind of get all shook up maybe thanks for the good videos we appreciate them they're fun

HI 7- Eleven is better than Canadian Mainland for sure even tho we also have insane amount of Asians in Vancouver area. We really should have some of that stuff. The fried chicken is about the only thing that is decent. The rest I would say is a big sacrifice and desperation hangry options. I would happily eat HI 7-Eleven.

Okay. We went to 7/11 just to try theses today. I’m used to only getting weird hot dogs spinning for I have no idea how long. This was actually very good for our trip to Mokule'ia Beach. Thank you for some of theses sneak peeks to local spots for visitors. A great help would be to know more picnic spots and food or locations to take to them.

If this is impressive, wait til you see 7-11 Japan. I cant explain it well it words. Maybe watch it in YT. Everything is fresh and hot. Even canned coffee is hot. They have udon, unagi don and many others.

You shouldn't film things that's shows a no-no. Driving thru the gas station is really a no-no. There must be another driveway for 7-11 or drive around the pumps. Food for thought, ask a cop.

@@chanelsantiago my cousin drove thru a gas driveway and out the other. An policeman flag him and ask him why he did that. He thought it would be quicker. So the cop wrote him a ticket. PM said that he didn't even stop to use business services. Then he said if other do the same

@@ke-lynke-a8266 Sounds like your cousin cut corners which is illegal. They did not do this in the video. They went to the store attached to the gas station. 7-eleven and that 76 is one business.

@@chanelsantiago I don't know the business it's just what I can see on film. Lucky you know the relation of the business. I sure there are others who don't know. wouldn't it be better if they just be compliance.
