@@legomaster2538 I doubt they'd reuse the arena for another boss monster. Plus it being in the ruins of the town makes sense, given Amatsu is almost guaranteed the monster who destroyed it in the first place.

but here's the thing though, airships are not allowed to fly near Yukumo as they would get shot down by Amatsu, which is why hunters travel to Yukumo on foot, and which is also why transportation that rely on Popo and Gargwa as locomotion are very common in Yukumo and Kamura. The Kingdom has the capability to construct an airship because it's a common technology in the world of MH, but they still travel to Kamura by boat.

OR, the Amatsu that destroyed Tsukito was stopped by our hunter in Portable 3rd.

You could definitely see the title and Amatsu link being a stretch. However, the recent portable games have always seemed to have a cinematic defeat scene involving sunlight. Nakarkos breaks the top of the Wyvern's End and sunlight then shines down, defeating Ahtal-Ka leads to a backdrop of a sunny, heated desert, and Allmother also has some shining light after you defeat her. Having Amatsu be the TU5 update boss would follow this sort of continuity.

Yes it would be but with Amatsu's lore and power they could easily reclassify Amatsu as a dangerous first class monster, kinda weird how it wasn't already before hand

@@daorasama it’s pretty much traditional to have a Black Dragon in a monster hunter game sort like how the Elders are living natural disasters while Black Dragons are pretty much apocalyptic amatsu doesn’t seem to fit the apocalyptic bill

It would certainly be a great way to end. Given how everything has transpired with these TU’s so far, along with the game’s aesthetics and play style, Amatsu feels SO perfect.

Ive seen it turn a dark color with red highlights in a frontier vid I think. Is that a Frontier only thing? Cuz I cant find footage of it happening in other games and I’m not up to it yet in GU😭 regardless they need to bring that forward it looks so cool and would be a great final phase transition

@@avpnumber6678 That huge phase change where Amatsu changes colors is only in Frontier. Amatsu in GU does have a second phase, but it isn't nearly as flashy as the one from Froniter. If Amatsu did return, I REALLY hope they implement that phase change though since devs from Frontier have been working on Sunbreak.

@@BakeNation_MH it won't happen Capcoms roadmaps are written in stone before they even mention the road map, TU5 will be the last update but as the way they present the road map isn't always what it looks like. in the past they have mentioned in a update that they would release a monster in the road map but sometimes wen they do release the content they give a little extra and release 2 to 3 extra monsters. three extra monsters for Sunbreak is most likely not going to happen but would be a nice to have for the final update. i'm expecting at lest two monsters on the drop for TU5 as Capcom has a history of always giving extra on there final update on a title.

Why risen Shagaru?? Risen monsters so far have only been elder dragons....shagaru is not an elder dragon.

I really doubt Amatsu would be capable of taking down Narwa alone, he doesn’t stand a chance against Ibushi and Narwa together.

Doesn’t matter anyway because star rating isn’t a valid way to determine who would win monster battles, it’s contradicted by lore and turf wars. It’s storms aren’t far more powerful than Narwa’s or Ibushi’s. We see how powerful Ibushi’s storms are, they destroyed an entire forest. Being the final boss of Sunbreak doesn’t make you stronger. Otherwise Fatalis would be stronger than Safi even though they’ve been confirmed as rivals.

Threat levels don’t matter, no matter how much you want to cry about it. Sure they give a general idea as to where monsters lie, but they don’t do much more than that. Assuming, they can tell you the victor between two elder dragons that are of similar tier is idiotic and ignorant. Ibushi literally destroyed a whole forest with a hurricane. We can see multi ton boulders and trees flying throughout while Amatsu’s storms don’t actually have any real power other than lots of water that disrupts the ecosystem. It not being a storm Ibushi utilizes “passively” means absolutely nothing. Ibushi and Narwa both create passive storms anyways. Did you play the game or what? The apex monsters literally exist because they are caught in Ibushi’s storms. Ibushi utilized a storm to destroy what is now the Shrine Ruins. Narwa’s and Ibushi’s mere presence threatened Kamura and made the monsters around it go crazy. Amatsu failed to destroy Yukumo village, don’t exactly see what your point is here. Narwa and Ibushi failed because of the main hunter just as Amatsu did and will do again in MHR. Narwa wiped out an entire fleet of A list hunters. Black dragon level doesn’t mean anything. All final bosses are on par with the black dragons. Shara drops mountains, Gogmazios raids fortresses, Narwa and Ibushi annihilate ecosystems, Dalamadur destroys mountains (he’s above “black dragon” level), Safi has lasers that cut through crystal and can regenerate, and the list goes on. Until we see Amatsu’s feats, just because he’s “Sunbreak’s final boss” which technically isn’t even confirmed yet, doesn’t make him more powerful than the serpents.

When we first played Rise, we didn't notice it either. It wasn't until it was pointed out on Twitter by someone that we found out and found it a really neat detail.

I only ask because I just got 9k views and climbing on a recent MH video and I wanna ride the wave and only make better content from here on out

@@hybrid513 For what we like to do it certainly hits the spot. We love having access to all the applications it provides such as Photoshop and After Effects (these being the main two others we use aside Premiere Pro). It's extremely useful being able to edit images/videos in those two other applications and have them seamlessly work into premiere pro. There are a ton of other applications that we get through the adobe suite, but we don't really use them since they aren't tailored towards video editing. However, it still is less costly to pay for all the applications then it is to pay for Photoshop, After Effects, and premiere Pro individually.

@@BakeNation_MH I mean; Alatreon was in the game code for base MHW (along with Rusted Kushala and Oroshi Kirin... but who cares about them lol) but it took until Iceborne's second to last update to arrive maybe they thought that it'd be anticlimactic to bring him in the base game and so waited until the expansion?

My man’s the off spring of Narwa and Ibushi is just gonna be another Narwa and Ibushi. Remember these monsters are this worlds animals not some Frankenstein’s mutant.

I have 700 hours currently in Sunbreak, Guild Quests(Hub) is where the Story goes on, there are also mosters exclusiv to Guild Quests(Hub). Village is only the Tutorial.
