You can do it, but you must find what you love, be willing to take risks and work without waiting for a slap on the back, and don't listen to negative people. It's up to you to make the decision.

He makes you feel as if he's your crazy Italian grandfather that has an inspiring passion for good food and sharing that food with his family. All of his videos make you feel like your family and I love that.

Sir, my dad taught me how to cook because he loves food, and yet, I never met Someone that could touch my heart this deep while watching them cook, that was awesome!!! I'm about to make the first gnocchi of my life and I'm so excited x) Thanks for this wonderful video!

What a fabulous kitchen!!! No immaculate surfaces and top of the range units, and no fuss about hygiene. Just all the ingredients and utensils bunged down where there's a ledge. Wonderful.

Jamie im 28 years old and i had been watching you for many years, through dvd's or internet. I love the way you cook and the energy you have.i can understand that you love your job for sure.you are my inspiration !!!! I dont cook very offen but when i do i try to do things that i have seen from you. i dont like the idea to be a chef in restaurants unless i had you for a teacher. I m not asking for a job though.
