My Catholic sister in law sang Amazing Grace at my mothers funeral . She even memorized the song to be able to sing it without a hymnal . She did a wonderful job.

Oh my gosh! He is one of my all time favorites! Unfortunately, he is going to be gone to grad school soon, so will no longer be a part of Vocal Point in the very near future. A friend of mine has a son who is his roommate.

I heard a different rendition of some LDS men a few years ago and it looked very professional but it was only a quartet or a quintet. Sadly, I haven't been able to find it since.

This song was built for those that Jesus rescued from their own destruction. For those born in the church and those that have never left it, this song may sound quite mean and inaccurate. Remember that you are missionaries and this song is for those that have that feeling about themselves before you recognized their soul and brought them back into the fold.

Absolutely gorgeous! And you guys said the lyrics accurately!!! Nobody acknowledges that the lyrics are “I once was lost, by now AM found.” Not “I’m” found. I know it’s a small detail. But those are the lyrics in any hymnal. I love it when artists do their research and follow tradition. Perfect rendition. 🎶🙏🎶
