簡單講一下鰻魚為什麼不能完全人工繁殖 鰻魚其實跟鮭魚一樣是洄游性生物，只是一個是回到淡水、一個是回到海水，但最大的差異是， 鰻魚是洄遊途中才會發展性器官並在途中達到性成熟，到達繁殖區才會開始交配繁殖，這也是為什麼過去科學家在河水撈的鰻魚解剖出來都沒有性器官的原因， 實際上發現鰻魚是洄游生物到發現繁殖區也是近20年來的事情，光是找繁殖區也花了15年左右

鰻魚到現在不能成為平價食品主要因素是還不能完全從魚卵開始成人工養殖的技術突破!人類須要再加點努力去克服這個困難!台灣加油!

In the USA, I don’t mind the price. It is an extravagant treat and well worth it. It makes my mouth water just to think of it. Years ago I worked as a fisherman. I have great appreciation for all the work that goes into this delicacy, If of water is not kept perfect, The eel will die, what goes into the eel will dictate the flavor of the meat.

Еду они делать умеют. Из всего. Потому корейцы такие выносливые, несмотря на малый рост и худобу. Очень подвижные. Очень молодо выглядят. ( как то говорю с женщиной 40лет а ей оказалось 60лет. Или на вид 30лет а оказалось 45лет по паспорту.) А работали на рынке.
