I really liked how you explained the different mushrooms! That was actually very helpful. I never know what types of fresh mushrooms to buy for recipes. I'm excited to try portobellos now! And this recipe! 🍄🍄🍄

I definitely need to make that. I'm going thru Chemo right now for breast cancer and need to boost up my immunity for sure. Thanks for the recipe Kathy, Melaney from SoCal

That would be good timing to support your chemo. I've been reading a lot about mushrooms, and they deliver a lot of vitamins and minerals that help your body get through cancer treatments. Another one to look into is Turkey Tail mushrooms, as I've read they directly help breast cancer recovery. I know they are very hard to get, so they are sometimes sold as a powder or capsules.
