I just watched the show tonight. No spoilers, but I was legit YELLING at Penn when he was going through that mail cart!! You guys are great, and I'm so happy that you weren't getting angry at each other like some of the other teams were.

Yes! I mentioned to my husband how interesting it was to see how the different couples are already reacting to stress. And that Kim and Penn literally wrote the book on how to handle conflict in a healthy manner 🙂 They're going to do so great!

I totally understand what you guys are feeling! I’ve done a lot of acting and whenever my stuff is recorded and shown to people I relive all the stress and anxiety that I had before and during filming.

I went back to watch this intro video today when I was looking for the recap to the 2nd to last episode. I have never watched the show before & am here just for them. (Don't think I will watch future seasons because it triggers my anxiety!) They have really rocked it mostly based on how well they manage their issues & support each other! I have fingers crossed for them to win it all!!! 🤔💪🤞💰

You just haven't found your superpower yet. Maybe join some ADHD facebook groups for 'support' and to hear other's stories, and that may help you figure it out. Also,, not everyone will appreciate or support you, so you may not have had a chance to develop your personality and traits enough. The support groups can help with that too.

We've also watched every single episode of The Amazing Race since season 1. I used to watch it with my oldest when he was in elementary school and he's in law school now and has traveled to more countries than I have! I screamed when I saw you two... I'm not normally into the show. Its too much for me, but this season im going to be into it. Side note i became fan of you two with your Thanksgiving song "But we're missing Thanksgiving", which i think came out after filming of the first part of the race.

I haven’t watched in years. My husband and I were so excited to sit down and watch it the other night and I think I’m going to introduce our oldest to amazing race as well. She loves you guys. Thank you for being who you are. Y’all are real and honest and kind and just all-around good examples and there aren’t that many of those in the public eye anymore. I appreciate that you guys take what other people would consider flaws and show both the positive or negative sides of them. You make it seem normal to have ADHD and anxiety instead of some thing that’s taboo and I need that and so do my children.

I was never diagnosed with ADHD until last year. I always just thought I couldn’t do stuff or just didn’t understand things, or confuse people with my crafting and hyperfocus. When I was told, it was like my whole world made sense! Now my daughter has ADHD, and we share experiences so we can understand eachother and ourselves more. I love hyperfocus- im great at puzzles, crafts, pumpkin carving- and man you should see my Gingerbread house! Thank you guys for doing what you do and helping at least me feel not alone and heard. 💗😍

I understood what you were thinking but…. Can’t wait to see more. One question I’ve always had about the race is…when/where do you guys sleep? Do you? And how much time do you get?
