I love your ADHD tips!! I was only diagnosed when I was 65! All of a sudden everything made sense. What a relief! And you have helped me a lot. Bless you, Penn!

I grew up on the west coast and moved to Ontario for the beginning of the school year. I was genuinely concerned about how much the power lines buzzed in the summer. I seriously thought, that’s just the sound power lines make when it’s hot. Didn’t know what a cicada was until the next summer and it started coming back, but slowly.

I had to explain to a coworker from out west what cicada are. She thought they were a form of cockroach. I do not understand how someone with a degree could be so ignorant.

My sister and brother-in-law have an air fryer taken up real estate on the countertop. They use it so little it actually has dust on it. I told them just to bite the bullet and throw that thing in the garbage.

I’m not gonna spend a couple hundred dollars on an air fryer rolling to sell it at a garage sale three years from now for five bucks. My pantry is already full. I’m not gonna walk in and out of the garage just because I wanna make tater tots.

This happens about the kids too. He can hang out with them and know nothing after. Maybe they just gather DIFFERENT facts & points of interest?

I discovered that the Costco food court lets in non-members (at least the one near us does), so now and then I take the kids there for a cheap lunch out on weekends. At first I thought I was "beating the system" but now I realize having all that stuff so close, and people walking out the door with their overflowing carts, but out of reach to you unless you buy in, is the best advertising for memberships they could have.

Now that my son is 25 it's the same thing. After talking about sports and music for an hour on the phone my wife will ask how he is and what he's up to and I'll have no idea.

I think in Psych circles, they say that "Women tend to be more interested in people and Men more interested in things." This is just an example of this playing out. A guy friend is for experiencing things with. Or talking about things with.
@Just-Nikki17 сағат бұрын
@@grantstratton2239 I think that perfectly sums it up. Very accurate for the people I’m around anyway.
