I liked too. I just think that it needed plus 15 to 20 minutes of film in the climax. I mean, resurrect the ancient king to just "I'm free- noooo!!!"? C'mon, show him actually fighting, trying to take over Atlantis before he dies for good. Wasted potential, the climax.

@@RodrickMarsMoon There was a lot cut from that climax, mostly due to the Amber Heard drama. Mera was supposed to be the one possessed by the trident and she fights both Orm and Arthur.

Just like the first film, it has an excellent amount of good visuals and fight sequences. Genuinely enjoyed this movie.

The trident fights in this film are so well-choreographed. A really underrated film, I enjoyed it a lot

I'm not a huge fan of the Aquaman films, but one thing I did love about these is James Wan knows how to show scale so well. He really makes it so immersive with how he captures locations and really makes good use of those IMAX cameras. His action sequences too are just really fun haha

I loved this movie! Fun as heck. It's weird but it honestly feels like the most "comic book-y" comic book movies I've seen, and I mean that in a good way.

Come on now, Amazing Shots, where's Godzilla Minus One? The only Godzilla film, including the Legendary entries to be nominated for an Oscar in visual effects. Is that not enough?

Say what you will about the movie's script, but I can't deny the visuals and effects in this movie are beautiful to look at, and James Wan truly knows how to bring vibrancy and awe-inspiring wonder to his films. I had more fun with this movie than I expected as I loved the fight scenes, visuals, and worldbuilding and liked characters like Orm and Arthur's relationship and Black Manta as the villain (though I wish he had a better ending). I really hope James Wan sticks around to direct or at least co-work on projects for James Gunn's DCU because his directing style could do wonders for characters like Green Lantern?

Although it is not at the level of the first in any sense, I must say that I did not find it so bad, disappointing? Yes, but by the DCEU standard it complies, it is very entertaining and visually great

Okay, this sequel may not be as epic as the first one was, and it brought a bittersweet close to the DC universe, but overall, it wasn't that bad and I liked it visually. Now with the new reboot let's hope things improve for the new DC I'm glad to see you again, Amazing shots :D
