В Европе за такое штраф влепить могут, повреждения корда не ремонтируются, никакая нитка не заменит стальной трос. Дело их конечно, бедность, но должен же быть голос разума. Сколько такой ремонт продержится? А если рванет прямо на спуске, а там около 9 Атм.

He is doing his work 100% professional.ok he doesn't use 100% the proper materials but many subtitutes (mainly trash) .but trust me this is how this job is done in the rest of the world properly. Many respects.

Besides, if you Google how big tractor tires are repaired, the methods is very similar to what these guys are doing. Much cruder, but big farm tractor tires are often patched like this.

The comment below is excellent, He sums up the operation very well the process these men have worked out using the Crudest of Tools and methods. Not mentioned was the fact that the Man doing the repair was bare footed and the chances of dropping some heavy tool on your foot are high or just rolling a heavy tire across your foot could cause a serious injury.

His craftsmanship is 10/10. Only major flaw is the structural integrity of the tyre. That has been completely ignored. If this sir learns how to fix the structural part, then he's perfect for the job in making SAFE tyres :)

It is impossible to restore a tire's structural integrity. Once the steel cords are broken, they are broken.

I wouldnt go that far. I have seen many repair videos from U.S. "pros" and he seems to be on par. I don't think repairing a sidewall wall would be cool with the D.O.T. but his little cross-stitching looked fairly good. Lol 🤣 just don't take a bus on your next trip to India or Pakistan.

Sad part is this tire repair will last longer than any US shop's so called "fix"...the work these gentlemen do is nothing short of art / genius. We should make it mandatory that all western nation's youth spend summer skill training in these locations. Not only would they learn an invaluable skill, it would make them appreciate what they have!

Вулканизация, если не ошибаюсь, но здесь покрышка от грузовика, атмосфер много плюс нагрузка, для велосипедной шины еще пойдет

It'll never last, once you lose that much steel cord the tire has a major weak spot. And that nice sewing job strands will be cut by the steel cord it's laced into fast.

Hmm for farm trailers I guess it would be ok, but on at bus or a truck traveling at high speed on the highway I'm not so sure.

i dont think they have many highways over there but the problem they have rocky inclined and narrow mountain roads

They use tube in them so they are not as dangerous once they are repaired.
