Here's my 2nd Birthday upload for Riley's (‪@PNWElevatorAviation‬) 21st Birthday, and these, just like almost everything else I saw in Ohio were ABSOLUTE TREASURES!!! Located in a very 80s looking building that looks abandoned on the outside, the building is very much NOT Abandoned, and the elevators here are FULLY ORIGINAL 1960s Dover TRACTIONS!!! Finding a 60s Dover with Black Button fixtures is already pretty rare as is, but finding one that's TRACTION (and 9 FLOORS at that!) is EVEN MORE RARE!!! These elevators were absolutely INCREDIBLE, the fixtures WERE SO COOL, these are quick for 9 floors and a TON of fun to ride thanks to their speed and acceleration/deceleration, and the Motors and RELAYS on these things sound likr absolute MUSIC!!! The Relays are SO LOUD you can hear them in the BASEMENT despite the fact these are OVERHEAD Traction!!! All in all, this is another ABSOLUTE TREASURE that definitely made this trip worth it, and these elevators should definitely be high on your list when visiting Cleveland. I know Riley loves Vintage Dovers, so I figured today would be the perfect day to upload this.
