You start by doing 2 pushups, then jump into a full deadlift into a military press. Then, slowly go back to the starting position... that's one rep.
Pick a weight that allows you to get 5-10 reps WITH GOOD FORM. You will definitely be out of breath after this one, but you'll love it!
