I agree with you about the recipes in Eat Your Way Through the USA. I like having multiple options, but I don't think they always necessarily fit with the state. I much prefer the recipes you showed in Recipe Road Trip. My younger daughter would really enjoy the famous figures books. She loves to take the coloring pages from Oh Freedom and Power of the People and make them into paper dolls.

Buy her a box of brad fasteners and let her make her own! My daughter was disappointed that she doesn’t have one of Lafayette so she used some of the others as a template and made a bunch of her own!
