Yes the way Amber goes from 0 to 100 in like 5 seconds and literally digs at low things to say , like to Gary " how do you make your money , say thankyou to me" is Amber for real ?????? Gary's the father too his just entitled as much as Amber is to be on Teen Mom , when things don't go Amber's way she explodes you can see why she's always in trouble you could only imagine how that is behind closed doors

The only thing she's done since then is cause Leah grief, pain, trauma, hell, embarrassment, abusive manipulation, belittling, humiliation, suffering & ptsd.

I wish so badly Dr. Drew would say that to Amber. Absolutely everything is about her. She can't view leah as an individual who makes choices because she only views her as an extension of herself because she birthed her. It's sad and i hope Leah knows there's nothing she could've done to make Amber get it

Omg yes. I don't understand how that's not clicking for some people. Gary and Kristina are the day to day parents who provide and are with Leah. She's already kinda said before she views Kristina more as her mom over Amber anyways. So no she doesn't have to tell Amber and Gary doesn't have to tell her either. I could understand if Amber was his wife and they're a family in the same home but that's not the situation. And while I get that Dr. Drew is right in saying we are changing the stigma on mental health and therapy...she still gets to decide if she wants anyone to know. Really wish they'd all stop dismissing that Leah might genuinely feel the way she does about Amber on her own.

Ummm Amber is in therapy because she had a tough childhood and was physically and mentally abuse, she didn’t have a mother in her life and that will affect Ambers parenting skills as well, Amber is ADHD and Bipolar, and is in therapy and takes medication for it, she’s grown so much since the beginning and I guess you didn’t hear the part where Amber Apologized to Christina and realized the mistake she’s made and for that I’m proud of Amber and The relationship she has with Christina has matured Significantly 💯💯💯🥰🥰🥰

Gary has every right to honor his daughters wishes to not involve Amber in her therapy, he doesn’t want to break her trust and end up having the same relationship she has with her. She has a lot of growing up 2 do, before she can get that title back. All she has done was abandoned Leah over and over again and abuse her kids father and his wife and damn Dr. Drew never speaks on this he acts like he's scared of amber. TF!

@PaigeNicole i understand what you mean. BUT there had to be some considaration about the situation. People that come from her childhood environment are worse than her. Because Amber had grown emotionally, physically and financially. She did everything she had to proof for a fresh start. She never had the change to show her growth. Her relationship with Leah is only between them. No mother is perfect. Its the image that people created because of Social media. Every family has their issues. Its not always out. Im proud how Amber starts a conversation.

I remember in earlier seasons when Kristina’s daughter was really ill, and it was discussed then that the father of her daughter didn’t want their child on the show, and she respected that, so their daughter isn’t on the show

I pray Christina can find a purpose in her life outside of this drama. She’s been pouring into this situation but at what cost ? I hope she can pour into her mental health, her physical health and start a journey to finding the women she abandoned years ago. Wow, Christina is incredible. I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and her ability to effectively mediate between Gary and Amber and Leah and Amber. You can see how much she loves Leah by how she loves Amber and is patient with her. And it’s really incredible to see that she was able to deescalate the situation with Amber so quickly and gently. I’m truly impressed by her. She’s exactly what their family needed.

I’m over the hosts pacifying Amber. It’s truly sickening to watch while she creates chaos and everyone around is attempting composure despite her toxicity. At this point, your disease can’t be your excuse bc as she said, “I’m too educated about all this now”....yet you deliberately behave as if you wouldn’t know your triggers or how to respond after being “so educated”. It’s embarrassing for everyone involved at that point and no wonder Leah feels the way she does. God bless Christina for being the calming, supportive and secure force that she is (the one point Dr. Drew got correct in this segment).

Funny how in Amber's mind, it's everyone else's fault but her own that Leah wants nothing to do with her. Christina is Leah's mother, no matter how you slice it. She raised her. She has been there for everything. Amber always used Leah as a "show and tell" and it's STILL all about Amber. She will never change and Leah is old enough to see right through it.

Amber is poor Kristina's other step child that she didn't ask for. I pray she (Kristina) receives her blessings. She deserves so much more recognition. I hope Gary knows how blessed he is to have her. She definitely deserves the world. I'm not going to speak on Amber's mental health issues, but I will say she is ALWAYS the victim. Everyone is supposed to cater to her and walk on eggshells. Leah is the only person who holds her accountable. And she had every right to feel how she feels‼️

So when you lose custody of your child, you lose certain rights. Amber needs to once and for all take ownership that her issues, drugs, jail, mental heath have all brought her here. She can’t expect her child to understand at 12 any of her issues. She has to wait until she is mature enough to get it. Amber needs to be mature enough to understand that. But it’s always about Amber. She’s really lucky she has time with her child. Gary owes her nothing. He has full custody.

She wouldn’t even be in therapy if it weren’t for amber. Maybe had she took the time to be mother then Leah would talk to her. Gary didn’t tell her to join teen mom. And when she signed up for he didn’t kno he would basically be a single father. He raises Leah and amber makes the money more than him when he should be the one making more than her

Christina is amazing tbh she loves Leah with all her heart you can tell she just wants what is best for her! Dealing with someone with mental illness is difficult for sure. But you have to be patient and kind and understanding and of course she's gonna do it she loves Leah more than anything!!! Shout out to her 👏

Amber thinks everything is about her Leah’s not a baby anymore she has her own feelings now. People who have had a troubled past sometimes forget they weren’t the only ones affected. At this point Leah has her own healing journey separately from their relationship

Amber has never been into Mothering her kids. She will never accept that Leah is upset with her, it’s easier to blame Gary & Christina. Ambers life won’t change until she stops being so defensive and starts to be an actual mom

There absolutely ARE therapists who would tell a child that's it's OK not to share things with a biological parent in a situation like this where a relationship has been so strained. You are not entitled to every single thing that your child is thinking, saying, feeling, etc. when you have caused them pain, whether it was caused intentionally or not.

As the relative of a child who was in the same situation I can say her therapist ABSOLUTELY supported this child when she said she didn’t want bio mom to know she was in treatment.. it is not the therapists job to play messenger nor to force/demand for the child to tell bio mom. Actually the hope of the therapists was that the child eventually feel safe or confident enough to tell bio mom HERSELF so Christina is absolutely right.

I think Kristina is so understanding because she has an older daughter that she doesn't or didnt have full custody of. I remember reading somewhere that Kristina supposedly left her then husband and daughter for Gary. Their relationship started off very messy as well. Also, I agree that if Leah doesn't want her personal life on the show it shouldn't be. Amber needs to respect that! I'm also happy to see Amber fighting for daughter love (no matter how difficult) most unbalanced fathers would have walked away along time ago.

As the primary parent - Gary has the right to with hold information per doctors recommendations and Leah’s wishes when it comes to her mental health.

Leah knows Amber would had sat on camera and tell the producers that she was going to therapy. Leah knew Amber would had not kept it from the producers and it would had been aired for her friends to see before she even had a chance to tell them. That 12yr is a smart one.

it's the growth for me i love that they could come back and talk things out like rational adults without going off pure emotions amber has her struggles but i see her trying to take accountability more so then not .... kristina is the best bcuz idk how she stays sane humble and sweet through all the constant drama is amazing !

Leah has every right to not involve Amber on her therapy process, at least at the beginning. Leah probably wanted to work on her issues without people finding out specially Amber that is always making everything about herself. Let the poor girl get her treatment and work on her issues how she wants.

I understand Amber to a certain point. But if she wouldnt have snapped sooo quick towards Gary and just listen, then she wouldve known what LEAH wanted.
