Give an exhale and take ten deep, slow breaths. Anxiety and stress are caused by stress hormones, and chronic stress can lead to all kinds of health problems including cancer, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. The heartbreak of watching a loved-one fall apart before your eyes is caused by their chronic stress, and it induces stress in you, which opens you up to those same ailments. Oxygen breaks down stress hormones and deep breathing brings oxygen into your body. Exhale first, because trying to take a deep breath while there is air in your lungs can make you feel like you can't breathe and will just stress you out more. Count the breaths, because counting helps get your mind back onto a rational path since math requires higher cognitive function, and counting is really just adding one to the previous number. Counting puts you in a mindset where you can think about what is actually going on rather than what you fear is going on. If you want to be happy, imagine the sensation of happiness. Do not imagine things that you think will make you happy, imagine the feeling of happiness, itself. Feeling happy makes you feel happy. Focus on that feeling for as long as you can or, if you can, for as long as you like. Do that as often as you like. Why do people always stop smiling when they try to sell me peace-of-mind? They always put on a mask of serious sincerity. Do not buy anybody's promise of peace-of-mind. When you pay-in to something, you tend to see it as valuable and worthwhile, even if it is the exact opposite. Imagine how horrible a person I would have to be to sell that simple information presented above to people. Imagine how horrible you would be to deny peace-of-mind to anyone who didn't give you money. Decent people do not sell peace-of-mind. Peace-of-mind helps all society, prevents violence, improves interpersonal relationships, and ends war. What kind of a person would sell it? Be excellent to each other and party on, Dudes!

Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey is really good. Most people think "Death" steals the show, though. fun stuff.

I always found it so interesting how split everyone is on the second movie. Some people like it more than the first, and others hate it. I'm definitely an "others". You're right about "death" stealing the show, but that's also my problem with it. If someone doesn't like that one character and/or actor, the whole movie revolves around him. Otherwise it's a Tim Burton style movie with 90s skater guys.

1989 was one of the greatest cinema years ever. I was 12 yo & I took the bus 15 miles to the mall for 0.35 to watch/re-watch a movie for $1.75 almost every day. Great times. Here's a list of some of those amazing 1989 films: Batman, Lethal Weapon 2, Back to the Future 2, Indiana Jones 3, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Ghostbusters 2, Dead Poets Society, Parenthood, Bill & Ted"s, The Burbs, Lean on Me, Major League, Field of Dreams, Roadhouse, Do the Right Thing, Weekend at Bernie's, UHF, When Harry Met Sally, Turner & Hooch, The Abyss, Uncle Buck, Black Rain, Steel Magnolias, Harlem Nights, The Little Mermaid, Christmas Vacation, War of the Roses, Glory, Always, Born on the 4th of July, Tango & Cash, Driving Miss Daisy, Gleaming the Cube, Who's Harry Crumb, Casualties of War, Chances Are, Look who's Talking, Heathers, Dead Calm, Kickboxer, Pet Semetary, Earth Girls are Easy, See No Evil Hear No Evil, Pink Cadillac, License to Kill, Drugstore Cowboy, Family Business, We're No Angels, Roger & Me, etc. Such a ridiculous list of amazing films it's hard to believe it all happened in 12 months but was the culmination of a true Golden Age of cinema that is likely gone forever, sadly. Just happy I was around to witness it. Cheers!

@@MrKeychange A younger audience? **spoilers** The guys literally *get killed* by android versions of themselves from the future and their souls are sent to Hell after an exorcism. Then they have to overcome nightmare versions of moments from their lives and battle with the grim reaper, to make it to heaven... How is this made for younger audiences than the first one? It's more action packed, has scarier scenes, and it's even more hilarious and ridiculous story line plus it's the perfect sequel to the story mentioned in the first one about their music bringing peace because of the concert at the end.

It’s _Für Elise,_ but that would have been pretty funny. It could still humorously tie in, though, since _Für Elise_ ended up not being published until almost 40 years after he died (or about 55 years after he completed the composition). I worked as an usher, at a movie theater from 1989 until 1993. Sometimes we go see amazing stuff, like this, over and over. Other times it was crap...like Viva Rock Vegas or Problem Child 2 or Stone Cold or Cool As Ice...lol. Movies came film cans, so we had to preview each movie before opening day..like Jurassic Park, T2, Dances with Wolves, Indy 3, Sometimes we met celebs like Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel, who saw a lot of movies at our place because they lived nearby...That was remarkable! Once, a movie was filmed nearby, and they came to out theater looking for Production Assistants and extras (Prancer, 1989) The best job ever!

Why do people keep saying remember malls? There is still about 1,150 malls throughout America! Where I’m from we still have4 malls that I know of! I still visit them from time to time.

Excellent reaction Popcorn Roulette Babe. I'd love to see someone from this channel or Criminal Content do my favorite Hitchcock movie, The Trouble with Harry. It's not the typical Hitchcock, but it is a lot of fun.

Bill & Ted's bogus journey and face music are really good I really recommend you watch them. And fun fact the two guys that gave Napoleon the button of the Ziggy Piggy we're actually the original creators of Bill and Ted

There was a lot of smart stuff going on for such a silly movie. My two favorite subtle jokes: 1) When they meet Joan of Arc, and Ted extends his hand toward hers, they are briefly in the same position as the hands of God and man on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. Keep in mind Joan claimed to have spoken to God, or at least His messenger. 2) When Billy and Socrates are trying to pick up girls at the mall, Freud walks up holding a corn dog (that most phallic of foods), in a vertical - one might say erect - position. When they laugh at him and mock him, his corn dog droops. Goes limp, even.

The second one is very, very different. It's only as good if you like that genre. Excellent Adventure is one of my all time favorite movies and I couldn't get halfway through Bogus Journey.

Loved this movie when I was a kid! Man do I miss George Carlin - what a comedian he was... "Les intouchables" is heartwarming and fun ride just about everyone seem to love (make sure it's the original french version...). I'd love to see you react to "Das Boot" as well. Yeees, it's another foreign movie, but it's really a diamond of moviemaking. I'm very curious to hear your reflections as the story moves along, I often find them insightful and interesting.
