after tumour resection, 1cm of inferior border should be there...if it is possible to retain 1cm, then you can go for enbloc; otherwise segmental

not exactly...you have to write about neck dissection, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hemiglossectomy if lesion involves tongue...regarding mandibular and maxillary resection you can write what i have described in ameloblastoma management.

I have another doubt sir if LA with adrenaline is given in hypertension patient, sir I know it is contraindicated but sir I know to what will happen
