You should not forget that men with a certain waistline and 50plus wear a bike race outfit and shaved legs on their Holland e-bike. Even if they just bike to the bakery, to get some Brötchen. At least on Sunday mornings. I call it the Tour du Franzbrötchen.

In Poland: Me, still weak after a 3-month illness: dad, I'm finally healthy! Dad: great, then let's go for a bike ride, but at least 80 km, because there's no point in taking the bike out of the garage for less 😆😵

I have 3 bike routes I typically choose, a short 20km, medium 45km and long 60km. Longest I have done is 90km in a day, that's quite exhausting.

I actually have the impression that Americans are the extreme committers. Either no cycling at all, or full gear and super special bike - an obvious cyclist. While here in Europe many folks just hop onto a bike to get from a to b. But maybe that's also a big city thing...

Yep, my father-in-law rides his bike for 30 kilometres almost everyday. He's 83. Sometime we meet when I run my 15 kilometres twice a week. I'm 59. 🙃

People buy clothes and shave to have less resistance, but they forget sport is made to overcome resistance, not to avoid it. On a bicyble without gears you can train much better, cause it's harder.

No, the reason for shaving is actually not resistance. If you fall and get injured while cycling then the medics have to remove every hair out of the wounds which takes time and is very painfull. If you shave your legs there is no such problem.

Anyone noticed that Zac calls the 'German' guy Hans at the start and then says 'Zac wait up' at the end of the video? These 2 should check their content before posting, such a big mistake. They dont care anymore
