Main laws with tackling in Rugby: No contact on the head No tackling a player in the air MUST wrap your arms in the tackle (or at least make an attempt) No shoulder charge

1. You have to use arms in a tackle, so you can’t just shoulder charge, you have to wrap your arms as well. 2. You can’t make contact with the head when tackling (especially the point of impact). 3. A shoulder charge, with no arms, to the head is a super messed up offence.

I agree with you that some of these are good tackles. The one where the guy kicked then got hit, I didn't even think was a penalty. Was a great tackle. But just like the NFL, they are starting to prlenalisr stuff in rugby that would have been fine a few years ago.
