I think the ingredient you were wondering about in shole zard and many other kinds of Persian sweets might be Cardamom which is also heavily used in traditional Persian sweets along with rose water and saffron and pistachios. Cumin is also sometimes used in them as well. Once again thank you for the great video! You're so beautiful!
