Your understanding of the language is correct: Mice/rats/rodents in general are cowered and go in hiding in their holes as soon as they feel threatened. Also a rat hole is tiny, cramp, and uncomfortable. To tell someone soon you'll be searching for a rat hole is both an insult and a threat 😮

Yes, tahrir (fast movements of the voice) is amazing and is a characteristic of the classical Persian songs. Even some contemporary songs like this beautiful one has it. I only guess varying cord tention quickly, and therefore changing the frequencies, can produce tahrir. I wish I knew about the theory of music so I could analyze for myself. It feels that during tahrir, frequencies change so fast, being woven together (modulatef). But realy there is more to it. For example, does the singer stay in one octave or moves across them during a tahrir? Some tahrirs like those in the classical Persian musics are like bird chirping 😅 and the ones in this song are slower and smoother more like riding a fast roller coaster. Add to it the trembling of the voice that to me is frequency chattering. Please educate me anyone who has the theoretical expertise.

You won't regret listening and reacting to *behet ghol midam (I promise you)* from Mohsen Yeganeh. He's an excellent singer, guitarist, song writer, and composer. Thank you in advance.

Hi Deanna, what a beautiful name. Yaghmaei is from an era when pop music blossomed in Iran from mid 60s to 1979 revolution. I guess it was inspired by the western & American music. Some of those leaning toward rock and roll. I believe Yaghmaei was a one man team; He did everything by himself. And he was a university student at the time. Thank you for reacting to Persian songs. I'm proud that you the calm, kind, and beautiful young lady likes and care for my mother tong music. Thank you. ❤🎉😊

I recommend you listen to “Ey Iran”. ‘Punk4eva’ or ‘dnprince27’ uploaded a good version of it on yt. It’s a patriotic song which I believe came about by a Iranian poet due to British and soviet soldiers occupying parts of Iran during WW2. I really like it, it shows a part of Iranians patriotic-ness to the land.
