I'm going to argue on the compass settings. Fixed point and directional compass headings serve different purposes. Fixed point, as in north is up, is for finding out where you are better, and relating that to the things around you in a set way. Directional, or Orientation, is meant for when you are trying to get somewhere. Most physical compasses even include a second needle to set your orientation.

My favorite pastime is watching people who've never driven anything larger than a sedan try backing up a semi truck with a 53 foot trailer in this game. Mark actually did perfect, especially for staying in 1st person the whole time. 17:00 Yes, legally commercial trucks are slow moving traffic, so they should stay in the right-most lane when applicable, problem is that nobody actually cares to enforce or follow this rule.

As a truck driver, it makes me happy when non CDL holders learn why trucks do what they do.

Hey Mark... If you ever decide to try this game again, I recommend you try playing with a toy truck, holding it just by the cab; that's a legitimate method of picturing what you're doing that they tell you in trucking school. As a tip from a former driver, definitely slow down on every exit (you're exactly who the recommended speed is for), swing wide and take up as much room as you need to make the turn properly and don't be afraid of other drivers... and when you're backing up, turn towards the problem, aim your trailer, and then turn the wheel straight or the opposite direction, depending on whether you need it to continue in that direction or if you need it to straighten out. I hope you give this game another shot--even if it's just in your personal time!

PLEASE DO MORE TRUCK SIMULATOR, it brightens my day to see someone struggle parking ;)
