As someone born in 2003 and grew up in West Yorkshire, I feel like I've been lucky enough to not have to deal with too much stupid political stuff in my early life. I'm half Grenadian (a South-East Caribbean country) but never grew up there, and we had quite a few problems there back in the 70s due to Ronald Raegan and that, but that was before my dad was even born. But recently what I'm realising is no government is great, there's no way of winning, you're never gonna have someone in charge of your country who manages to make everyone happy and doesn't piss anyone off, it's impossible, but there are also ratios of how far people take it either trying to be good or being useless, and I feel like these days more and more governments and people in charge are going more downhill again and getting worse. Look at the UK with us leaving the EU, then Rishi Sunak shagging the pound sterling in the arse but then becoming prime minister. The US. Look at Paris right now and how pissed off everyone there is. It's getting to a point where we're gonna have to deal with the fact that everyone is shit and there's nowt we can do about it. That's how I feel.
