It's hard to talk to a friend about suicide when you don't know how they feel. If someone tells you they're not feeling like living what's the best thing to say to them ?

It's hard not to have suicidal thoughts when I spend my whole life getting insulted for everything I do by my parents and sister who never cared about anything I said, even at the smallest things. I always say that I don't fear the death itself anymore, I'm just worried it may be painful during the process of dying.

yeah, I used to be afraid of death too but after I lost my cousin three months ago at the young age of 25, I no longer fear death itself. I'm mostly afraid of the process of dying and if there's pain and discomfort involved.

I reached out to my mom and she didn't do anything, this is why I have issues with her, she doesn't help me in the slightest.
