You should get your own "Doctored by Chris" stickers and fit them so that they don't have to be broken to repair the machines. 😊

Amazing work Chris. This one really needed a major operation but you have done it and brought another Commodore Amiga back to life. Simon is so happy at having another VR machine working!

back in 1992 or 93 my son and I played Dactyl Nightmare with the VR headsets. Interesting experience with the A3000's. I believe there were 2 of them networked together.

i 100% agree them stickers should not be used the retro market has always "and with these" been abused . a great item for nostalgia but will get into the wrongs hands for sure down the line .

I'm still undecided what to do with my 2 A3000's out in the garage. One in pieces , defintely nonfunctional, the other worked last time I touched it 7 or 8 years back.

It is a pity that there is no support for modern ROM programmers for the Amiga.This means software. The same TL 866 and others could be used on the Amiga platform.

I use a tl866-2+ on my amiga stuff all the time.
