You have to add translation in rack in advance fixture to do the simulation . There is a free simulation course on my channel watch that video

@@Cadknowledge should I give the translation on flat face option in advanced fixtures for which direction i want to move the rack?

Depends upon you in which direction u want to move

Bro if u don't mind I will ask one question, i want to give input to pinion for moving the rack. So what I will do is i go to advanced cylinder fixtures and apply rotation in which direction I want my pinion to rotate like 5° and i have completed giving input to pinion now coming to rack what should i do now as i can't assume it as fixed geometry as i want my rack to move. So please help my what should I assign to rack? Also I m sorry for wasting ur time on me tq:)

I just want to see the load on one tooth gear so that's the reason i use 5 degree. Tangential load is just select a face and draw a line on which direction you want to put the load

if it is not showing there might be chances that it is mess up gear Solidworks library

@@Cadknowledge hello... can you see your results which are crossing the yeild strength limits

@@Cadknowledge the yeild strength limit is around 220 mpa but the max stress in ur simulation is above 2000 mpa
