Update: The home was in legal battles for ownership and they had an architect come look at the property but the money to fix the home was more than what the house was worth. So demolishing it would be the best solution.

This is so sad to me. I just don't understand how this happens. I hope that whoever demolished this took the contents out first. Some of that stuff was probably valuable. Those tanks are probably for heating oil.

If they have not already demolished it and and it has been abandoned because of the cost I would recommend looking up something called squatter rights depending on how good you are with that kind of thing I watched the whole thing and heard the part where you said you would give just about anything to have have a house like that. Fixing it up wouldn't take too too much work and that's one of the stipulations to owning through squatting. But be careful how you go about such things. Good luck. Little piece of info for you to keep in your back pocket.
