We should give extra time to our body to aquinted with high altitude.for safety we should take diamox and oxygen cylinders as it is available easily in medical stores or Amazon.

For me AMS is Achchi Motorcycle Sickness. 😀😃😆😅😂🤣

The physiological action of Diamox is to decrease cerebral oedema (i.e.brain)....as it is osmotic diuretic. It has to be taken regularly even you don't have symptoms of AMS as a preventative measure. It will not work symptomatically once you hit by AMS. So one should start taking this tablet at least 24 to 48 hours before reaching high passes. And yes once you start taking this tablet you should start drinking enough amount of water as this tablet causes frequent urination and may lead to dehydration. And sure there is a way out to prevent HAMS without taking medication....i am working on it with scientific and medical data of patients but will tell those things in detail in my upcoming tour series vlog. Thanks for making this video dear.
