I have this game preordered at Gamefound too, but I haven't heard a word from them since the notice for shipping fee. I'm surprised you received your copy already! That's awesome~ hope you enjoy the game. I can't wait to receive my copy. Really hope it lives up to the expectations. Ps: he is my favorite board game design as well.

Ya, I am the original backer, still no word of the shipping. I saw comments on Gamefound that a lot of late pledgers also received their copies. Quite a few mentioned the shipping box came without padding and is skin-tight, hence their gamebox was crushed or dented. I'm glad yours came in great condition!

Here in Michigan. Haven’t received mine yet. No peep or update from creators on Gamefound on how the shipping is progressing.

Have you looked into paying someone to paint your minis? Maybe your local boardgame shop may be able to advise? Or a budding artist from your family or friends? The game looks great. I love Egyptian Art.

It was a Kickstarter version. Not really sure if there are other versions of this edition. It is definitely beautiful to look at.
