I'm happy for you're mom's reactions, she really loves Filipino foods thank you for introducing it to her....I prefer boodle fight, though everything looks delicious. Trivia: did you know of all the foods that made from coconut milk, the more it stays longer the better taste because of the coconut milk, one of my favorite is Laing, some leftover I put it in a jar and put in in the fridge, try to eat it even if it's still cold as long as you're rice is freshly cook, and you will find how much richer taste the coconut milk than it was freshly cook. Expecting more cooking vlogs from you soon.... 😀
