So the deck came today and it was faulty! Sending back tomorrow. Buying a higher end piece that will make for a better video next. Thanks for the support Chris! 👊💯🎼✨

@@chrislau9581 Dolby B button was faulty. Caused cracks, pops, and dropouts when engaged. 🤦‍♂️

don't know if you have tried Stabilant 22, but it is widely used industrially as a contact enhancer. well studied in terms of how it works and what it does, so it could serve as a reference standard...it was sold to the audiophile world as "Tweak" in the 90's I think...anyway its relatively cheap, long lasting and might be a way to think about the value of the other stuff

Tweak fudged on the formula and it was ok but eventually it would turn green. So because of that Stabilant 22 sold the product themselves and you can get it at NAPA or direct from Stabilant . It is the best and no sharks were killed making it. I have used Deoxit on phone jacks and it works great. Soon will go through my system and use Stabilant on all my RCA connectors. Tweak was available in the mid 80s, I used it at several dance clubs and then had to go back and clean it off when it turned green. Stabilant should have sued them as they used more alcohol as a carrier and not enough Stabilant . 22 is pre-mixed with alcohol as a carrier but it is easy to mix Stabilant with alcohol and save a little money in the process, easy instructions.
