If you didn't pause to read the note, there was a forced 31 pink and a 17 pink. There are 47 max pink icely could unlock, but 31+17=48. Since all the pink locks are 12, 4, and 1, icely couldnt take the 17 pink.

I don't usually think puzzle games when i suggest this but, I really feel as tho you'd get a mad kick out of an indie game called NOITA. which while it is a roguelike, the puzzles within are absolutely insane, and the whole game seems right up your alley honestly. Feel free to check it out, dont be too discouraged just because of the roguelikeness.
