600,000 young people in Germany are considered Internet-dependent. They play games and surf for hours on end. Erik, for example, sat in front of his monitor for up to 20 hours a day. Then he decided to get therapy.

Perhaps the whole world has some of this problem. Blessed are those who recognize it! And like eating disorders, often you cannot practice abstinence from computers. Time boundaries are a good start. And the awareness that a problem exists.

Apparently he has achieved Final Form Zombie Junkie Level 3. By the way he talks maybe 35 hours straight with nothing but, Monster Drinks and Red Bull.
