I love your interviews. Great to get some ideas from fellow Ashtanga practitioners. Really great to hear about the inner experience of Ashtanga practice and the challenges and breakthroughs others have with their experience. If you are into Ashtanga you are already in a beautiful niche but it can feel sometimes like your own revelations are so personal... they are usually quite common. We are a community. We are not alone. Om
