Ingredients (for 3 easter cakes of 750 g each):
For the dough:
Flour - 600 g
Sugar - 140 g
Dry yeast (I use Dr. Oetker) - 11 g
Vanilla sugar - 8 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Turmeric - 0.5 tsp.
Milk - 330 ml
Butter - 100 g
Egg yolks - 6 pcs. (medium sized)
Zest of two oranges
For the filling:
Raisins and dried apricots - to taste (I have 85 g)
Juice of two oranges
For the glaze (per easter cake):
Powdered sugar - 6 tbsp.
Add fresh orange juice gradually to the consistency shown in the video
Bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C on the "top/bottom" mode
