Japanese Kitchen Tour

Жыл бұрын

hello! "Japanese Kitchen Tour".
This channel introduces Japanese food culture, chef skills, Japanese food, and restaurants.
In addition to traditional Japanese cuisine (sushi, ramen, udon, soba, sashimi, stalls), we will also introduce Japanese street foods and sweets.
This time, I would like to introduce the oyster hut “Cloth Room” in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
This is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy fresh oysters and seafood.
The restaurant is visited by many celebrities, but behind its success was a tremendous amount of hard work.
Learn more about its history and life!

We are retired in New Orleans. My husband is a former merchant seaman here, and used to go directly to the docks and buy from the oyster fishermen coming in. We still have some oyster knives in storage, and smile when we take them out. Always encourages a story about them....

Let me remind there are two places that called 東石&布袋 in my hometown. There are a lot of oysters, especially in 東石, a restaurant offers oysters to grill, the most important thing is 食べ放題.
