Last september , me also a bit shocked with this business class seat.. thought it was premium economy. And they get the wrong seat. 😂 hardly sleep while my feet cramped 😅😅

I know right! 2-3-2 seat like this for long haul is not acceptable in this day and age, especially when they ask higher price than SQ that has better hard product 😭 Better book JAL or SQ next time 🙂 Thanks for watching Desi!! 😆

14:45 Well, at least ANA sent you a email to acknowledge there is a change. There was once a few years ago I flew Cathay Pacific's red eye flight from HKG to NRT. The flight was supposed to be operated with A330-300 with lie flat business class seat. I booked business class so I can sleep well and have a refreshing arrival at Tokyo at 7am. Cathay switched the aircraft to a A330-300 with REGIONAL business class seat. It never bothered to say anything to me about the change. Just pretended nothing has happened. I never booked business class on that flight again. Just fly economy thereafter. At least I am not paying for a bed and end up sleeping in a seat.

That must be suck 😭 I feel for you too. And yeah I'm with you, the whole point of booking business class is to sleep especially during red eye flight so we can do activities right away at the destination. If the business class doesn't offer lie flat seat, then there's no point at all 😑😑
