Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program in Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. In this course, he is the Master Trainer and teaches CPR and other lifesaving techniques to Doctors , Medical Students, Nurses and Paramedical staff.
Since 2015, he is working as a Clinical Exam Coordinator for the examination of FCPS part 2 ( Clinical Exam) by College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).
He has also served as an in-charge of Temporary Hospital setup by Government of Pakistan in PC Hotel Lahore for Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and also for the matches against the Zimbabwe cricket team.
He is a visiting consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon in various well-known hospitals of Pakistan.

There is actually pain after amputation of limb. There is another term called Phantom Limb in which patient feels there is still limb present which has already been amputated

@Surgeons of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital I've been reading on it lately. Sir, can we apply this on organs that we lose, let's say appendix, spleen , gallbladder, or part of intestine? For instance I feel dull achy, stretchy sensations in upper right quadrant in my gallbladder( after prolong sitting say 4 to 5 hrs), but the organ was exised more than a year ago? Makes me curious to learn

Alright. Seton hony ki waja say peep aati rahay gi ap bus warm sitz bath say isko kam kar ky rkhein baqi seton nay iska ilaaj karty rehna hai jab seton remove ho jaey ga peep bhi ana band ho jaey gi. Seton ki waja say peep aati rehti hai. Hum is par bhi alahida say video bna lein gy waisy hmaray channel par Seton kay baray video moujood hai.

Dr sb mera fistula ka operation huwa ha. Jo 3 phases ma huwa jis ma siton place kiya tha. 2nd session ma siton tight or 3rd and last phase ma siton remove kr ky discharge kr diya tha. Ye sara process without MRI huwa ha. Mera infected area abe tk heal nahi huwa job k operate ko 1 month ho gya ha

Yeh to time say oata chalay ga keh isi seton say thek ho ga ya dobara daly ga. Apny surgeon ko check karwaty rahein.

MRI findings:- There is evidence of scar tissue seen in the perineum approximately 1.5 cm inferior to the ana! verge on either side. The scar tissue seen on the left side is seen abutting the natal cleft and is seen extending superiorly to involve the external sphincter from the 3 to 6 o'clock axis. There is fibrosis seen within the external sphincter at this level, which shows markedly low signal on T2W images. Residual fluid filled tract is visualised within the scar tissue showing no definite external opening. It is seen piercing the external sphincter in the 5 o'clock axis, approximately 1.5 cm from the anal verge and is seen extending into the intersphincteric plane from the 5 to 7 o'clock axis. No definite internal opening is noted. Ramification from this tract is seen in the ischioanal fossa extending superiorly up to the Levator Ani muscle on the left side. No fluid is seen within this component of tract. The tract shows markedly low signal intensity suggestive of fibrosis. The scar tissue on the right side is seen in the ischioanal fossa showing a craniocaudal extent of approximately 6.3 cm up to the Levator ani. A thin fluid filled tract is seen within the scar tissue showing no definite external opening, but, extending cranially for a length of 3.9 cm and piercing the external sphincter in the 8 o'clock axis approximately 3 cm from the anal verge and extending into the intersphincteric plane and communicating with the tract on the opposite side. The internal sphincter displays normal MR signal. No evidence of any fibrosis is seen. The pelvic visceral structures appear normal.

सर जी मेरे डॉक्टर ने तो कोई टेस्ट भी नही कराया फिस्टुलोग्राम या MRI उन्होंने physically ही determine करके seton डाल दिया हालांकि मेरा फिस्टुला 12 दिन का पुराना था और एक भी बार वो फुंसी फूटी नही थी। क्या ये सही है...

Agar anal fistula operation ke baad 3 mahine baad anal area mein khujli (itching) ho rahi hai, toh aapko kuch asaan tajaweezat par amal karne chahiye: Cleanliness (Saaf-safai): Rozana do baar garam paani se nahayein. Khushbu aur sabun ka istemal na karein, sirf paani se dhoyein. Soft Toilet Paper: Toilet paper ka istemal karte waqt soft toilet paper ka istemal karein taake zakhmon par ziada dabao na pade. Avoid Scratching (Khujli Na Karein): Khujli ko control karne ke liye jild ko na ragrein ya khujlein. Ye masla barh sakta hai. Topical Creams (Cream Istemal): Apne doctor se mashwara karein aur agar unka kehna ho toh koi antiseptic ya soothing cream istemal karein. Hydrate (Pani Piyen): Rozana ziadah se ziadah pani piyein takay aapki jild hydrated rahe aur khujli kam ho. Avoid Tight Clothing (Tang Kapre Na Pehen): Tang aur tight kapron se bachain takay jild par ziadah dabao na pade. Consult with Doctor (Doctor Se Rabta Karein): Agar khujli mein behtar hone mein koi izafah na ho, toh fouran apne doctor se raabta karein. Wo aapki halat ka tajziya karenge aur behtar mashwara denge. Yaad rahe, har shakhs ka jism alag hota hai, is liye aapko apne doctor ki hidayat par amal karna chahiye aur kisi bhi tabdeeli mein unse mashwarah lena behad zaroori hai.
