Dr Imtiaz Hussain is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon. After graduating from Nishtar Medical University, Pakistan, he visited Australia for Australian Medical Council exam. He completed his FCPS degree which is the highest degree in Pakistan in the field of General Surgery. During his postgraduate residency program, he had also trained himself in the field of Urology, Plastic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery.
Since 2012, he, as a volunteer, is working as an instructor for the Basic Life Support (BLS) Program in Fatima Jinnah Medical University Lahore, Pakistan. In this course, he is the Master Trainer and teaches CPR and other lifesaving techniques to Doctors , Medical Students, N
Since 2015, he is working as a Clinical Exam Coordinator for the examination of FCPS part 2 ( Clinical Exam) by College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP).

Thank you sir for the info, I had laser haemorroidectomy at 3 oclock only , after few months I noted submucosal fibrotic tissue there which is painful. I am massaging the area for few months as per colorectal advice but its not decresing and pain there all the time. Is there any surgery to remove this as it is submucosally? From Nepal

Also sir there is no anal stenosis just small 2*4 mm submucosal fibrotic tissue where the laser fiber was inserted at 3 oclock

Anal fistula surgery ke baad kuch dard aur discomfort normal hai, lekin agar aapko zyada dard ho raha hai, to yeh kuch steps hain jo aapko rahat dene mein madad kar sakte hain: 1. **Pain Medications**: Apne doctor ke prescribed pain medications ko lein. Agar aapko over-the-counter pain relievers chahiye, jaise paracetamol (Tylenol) ya ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), to apne doctor se pehle consult karein. 2. **Sitz Baths**: Garam paani se sitz baths lene se anus aur rectal area ko soothe karne aur dard ko kam karne mein madad milti hai. Din mein 2-3 baar, 10-15 minute ke liye sitz bath lein. 3. **Ice Packs**: Thandi compress ya ice packs lagane se swelling aur dard ko kam kiya ja sakta hai. Lekin direct skin par ice na lagayein; hamisha cloth mein wrap karke use karein. 4. **Avoid Straining**: Bowel movements ke dauran zyada straining se bachein. Fiber-rich diet lein aur hydrate rahen taaki stool soft rahe aur easily pass ho sake. 5. **Rest and Elevation**: Jitna ho sake rest karein aur affected area ko elevate karke rakhein. Ye recovery ko speed up karne aur swelling ko reduce karne mein madadgar hoga. 6. **Hygiene**: Surgical area ko saaf aur dry rakhein.
