The man's not perfect, but he knows how to make a tasty product; in my case its his chilli salt. Bought it once, fell in love with it, but never saw it again in stores :((

You can plant the bottom end of the Pak Choi in a bit of water. It takes a few weeks to grow into leaves.

Any suggestions for people who don’t live in the uk Jamie? I don’t have access to your chilli sauce. Canadian supermarkets don’t do really great in varying ingredients. My supermarket sells the same stuff week in - week out.

dude has class. lots of chefs out there. reason i own his dvd's and mention JO as my favorite. cares about kids' food health more than cussing and acting a fool. class act. your shtick works for me, Oliver. plus he uses a mortar and pestle a lot. fun.
