Almost all celebrity chefs respect and make vegetarian dishes. They don't respect vegan food and i don't blame them. Vegan and vegetarian are two different things.

OK, I have made all three of these and they were wonderful. I've made mushroom stroganoff before, but this is so much better than the one I made previously. And the burger? Wow - I did not think you could pull that much flavor into something like that.

After watching this I bought the book and made the mushroom stroganoff. It is absolutely brilliant. All those flavors coming together. This will become a favorite and I cannot wait to try the other recipes. Great stuff, Jamie 😘
