Loved the Octopus footage, the music not so much. In a documentary type of film I find vocals in the background music to be distracting. Some simple ambient instrumental would be more appropriate. It is not a matter of having great footage and a great song and just throwing them together. The star of the show is the footage and the music should compliment and enhance it.

8:52 that octopus looks enormous! They are some of the most interesting creatures below or above the sea. I'm glad you got to see them up close. Also, the shot with the drone with the top of the island in the clouds, and Sylfia in the foreground is one of my favorite shots from Drenched so far! Thanks again for sharing with us!

I had an octopus encounter in the PNW Female pacific octopus protecting her nest. Such a surprise encounter. Thanks for this wonderful vid. I look forward to more diving.

I was watching this episode,when the dive scene played this bluesy tune the scene was fantastic, as was the music Though a diver, I’m 66yo and getting a little worn. I still dive but I’m not sure for how long. No matter though, I can live on just watching your content. Hopefully your still doing this when I can’t. God Fair winds !

Yes, I had found out about the Fasmid about two months ago I believe. But,, now I know a lot more. In fact, I've found out that unlike my prior understanding, Lord Howe has far more than just a huge tall rock. That said, much of what I have learned was from you. Those black beatles , when young, and green, they look so much like a Mantis ! I wonder if that anchor was stuck on a ship ? You didn't say you dove on it ? Thanks Molly.

Octopus only mate once in their life . The male dies about 2 months after and the female dies after the eggs hatch ! You saw the only time those 2 will ever mate !

I know with pet octopus's you must never have more than one per fish tank, because they will kill each other. So how sure are you that they were mating and not killing each other?

Why doesn't anyone refer to them as "Octopuss puss puss"? They could totally be the kitties of the sea. So, you guys love research and junk, how about taking a sample of Octopi that you find, maybe 10 or so, and keep and equal amount as a control group, and see if there is any reaction to when you take the regulater out of your mouth and say "ps ps ps" underwater while among an Octopus or even Octopi?

not sure what it is. But the videos have gotten less and less interesting and exciting to watch. Not blaming the new crew, but when they joined is when I noticed the videos not being as good or as fun to watch. There is my honesty.

Yes, I agree. They stretched the octopus commentary out too long. Maybe they are getting burnt out. At least, that is how it feels.
