I really have to applaud this. When the other shows have gone to the bunkers, they've figured out a way to hunker down and still produce something. Creativity shines more through restrictions. I don't know how many they'll be able to make, but I will enjoy these while I can.

There is something absolutely refreshing about this format. It’s like hearing a raw acoustic rendition of a song that is usually over produced. Stephen & Jon are inviting us to their home, on their porch, in their living room, getting together like old friends. Jon’s piece at the end was amazing and makes you realize they should really keep doing things like this when things go back to [almost] “normal“

I"m enjoying seeing more of Jon and his being more able to show his personality rather than just yessing and laughing at Stephen's jokes. I find I'm liking him more and more, the more I see of him. I hope no one reads this as me implying there's any sort of racist motive behind the usual dynamic on The Late Show - there's not, and I'm not. Jon's role is the same as many people's roles have been in this format of show. It's just nice to see more of him.

Not if you live in a shi*hole compared to them, are overpaying on rent for a flat with no bedroom, no amenities, and on the edge of a medium sized city, not downtown. Rent $700! That's way above the mortgage on my childhood home not that long ago. The banksters are going to end up forcing renters out b/c of this, according to economist Richard Wolff, who predicted this years ago. Jon is so cute playing his piano lol. It’s interesting to see how the late night hosts are dealing with this situation. It’s certainly rough, but inspiring how dedicated they are to their craft. They’re using a lot of creative energy keep us all connected and I’m grateful to them, without John Oliver, Trever Noah, Ellen, and Stephen I for one would feel more alone right now. I’ve never appreciated KZfaq the way I do today. Stay safe, and keep your spirits up everyone.
