Welcome back to Anderson's SmokeShow! Today we are going to make some homemade queso dip and smoke it on my Camp Chef Pellet grill! Come check it out!!
This is a super easy smoked queso recipe and it will impress your guest at the next party or tailgating event!

We are going to start out really simple and explain the process for this how to make queso recipe. These are the cheese that you'll need to buy and cube:
32oz - Original Velveeta Cheese
8oz - Smoked Gouda
8oz - Cream Cheese
8oz - Pepper Jack Cheese
Here are the other ingredients:
1lb - Ground beef (I used Wagyu ground beef)
1pk - Taco seasoning
3/4 cup - Salsa Verde
1 cup - Chopped white onion
3 - Roma Tomatoes
1 - Jalapeno pepper (if you want a little more kick you can add another pepper)
Couple scoops of Sour Cream
I used my Camp Chef Sidekick griddle to brown the Wagyu ground beef and saute the onions.
As you can see in my video I used my Camp Chef SmokePro SG24 Wifi to smoke this smoked queso dip at 250F. Smoking the queso dip in my pellet grill made for a super tasty, but no worries if you dont have a smoker! You can make this queso dip in your gas grill or oven!
