Naomi's and Andra's discussed an iconic songstress who revolutionized the music industry with her sound and wrote a song titled Strange Fruit, which would eventually incur consequences for a lifetime. I'm aware of the song but had no idea it put a stigma on Billie Holiday's back for a lifetime. The song was a cry for help, equality, humanity, and justice for all. I can't wait to see Andra's performance and Lee Daniel's production of such an incredible and unique talent. Kudos to Naomi and Andra.
